Emerging Practioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), an affinity group of the Council on Foundations, today released a case study on the impact the Corporation for Supportive Housing achieving through its enrollment in AchieveMission's Talent Initiative program. The program, made available with key support from the Kresge Foundation, provides a way for foundation's to not just invest in the development of individual leaders but to build leadership development capabilities into an organization's DNA. Said, Caroline Altman Smith of the Kresge Foundation, "This is a way to support the growth and development of our grantees. AchieveMission’s efforts will strengthen them and make them more sustainable... It’s also been exciting for us to join with other funders, like W.K.
