A glimpse at our work

Higher Achievement, Washington, D.C.
In 2015, Higher Achievement recognized that it needed its talent systems and practices to catch up with its recent expansion, and the organization received a large federal grant that finally allowed such work to be funded. After winning a competitive RFP process, AchieveMission partnered with Higher Achievement on a six-month Talent Initiative project.

Benefits Data Trust, Philadelphia, PA
AchieveMission began working with BDT in 2016 to help President and CEO Ginger Zielinskie and her team evaluate their organizational structure and talent systems against the organization’s ambitious growth goals; design the structure, systems and culture they would need to support their rapid expansion; and create a 3-year transition plan to support their evolution.

Children’s Zone and Velocity Career Start, Harlem, NY
AchieveMission has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Harlem Children’s Zone that began in 2015 as thought partnering and coaching with the HR executive of this large, multi-site and nationally recognized organization with over 2,300 staff members. Since then, we have worked in deep partnership to develop two custom cohort-based leadership development programs targeting senior and mid-level leaders.
Client Interviews
In this series of interviews, we sit down with the leaders of organizations engaging in Talent Initiative to learn more about their experience. Through the conversations, you’ll hear about why leaders choose to prioritize talent management, the challenges they face in doing the work, and how it impacts their organization’s ability to adapt and succeed.
