Talent Initiative is our most comprehensive offering. This intensive and holistic consulting, coaching and training program engages key leaders from across an organization in a six month, four-phase process of aligning, assessing, planning for, and implementing a customized leadership development and talent management strategy.
The process includes actual implementation work to support the three-year roadmap, or Strategic Talent Plan, that is generated during Talent Initiative. As the organization begins to build a culture that prioritizes talent management, the learning comes alive and transformative impact can occur in the chosen processes. The consultants transition from project leaders to supportive coaches, thereby developing the organization’s internal capabilities to manage these and new processes going forward.
Talent Initiative doesn’t necessarily stop with the engagement’s end. Following “commencement,” AchieveMission clients become part of an interactive alumni community, with access to best practices, resources, and data shared among a growing peer group of similarly focused organizations.
