Building a Talent Pipeline

The article, written for organizational leaders and human resource managers, draws from an interview with the Chief Talent Officer at Education Pioneers to describe how organizations can develop and maintain a steady stream of people to turn to when it’s time to hire. The authors suggest that organizations should first determine what their high-impact roles are and the performance standards for these roles, consider the organization’s growth and future hiring needs, and then build channels for leads on good candidates.
