Do the Best Organizations Have the Best People?

This article, written for organizational leaders and relevant to any sector, advises that in selecting new staff members, organizations should recognize that “best people” are those with wisdom – that is, people who are willing to learn from their mistakes and others’, who ask questions about how things work, and who both offer and ask for help from their colleagues with the intent of producing better work.
