Conrad Pinnock served on the leadership team of the Harlem Children’s Zone for more than a decade, designing and directing the organization’s first Human Resources department between 2007 and 2014, creating and leading its Quality Improvement and Planning operations in 2015 and 2016, and creating and leading a college support and career readiness innovation initiative between 2017 and 2019. Before joining the Harlem Children’s Zone, Conrad held senior roles at leading nonprofit organizations dedicated to social justice, human rights, and the elimination of poverty, including Millennium Promise and Amnesty International USA. He has an MA in Public and Non-profit Management from New York University,
