Edith is a founding Principal with AchieveMission. During her time at AchieveMission she has been the primary consultant on more than a dozen engagements including for Root Capital, the Rhode Island Foundation, Corporation for Supportive Housing, Harlem RBI, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Accion, NESsT, Explore Schools, College Possible and SCO Family of Services. She has worked closely with these organizations to create Strategic Human Capital Management Plans, instill high performance and high accountability cultures, build the foundations of people-centric organizations as well as take deep dives into leadership competencies, balanced scorecards and talent reviews.

Prior to joining AchieveMission, Edith held senior talent management roles at three nationally recognized social entrepreneurial organizations — Citizen Schools, City Year and Jumpstart — where she helped build these organizations from inspiring ideas to national leaders with hundreds of staff and dozens of offices.

In increasingly more senior roles at these rapid growing nonprofits, Edith developed, implemented, evaluated and revised a wide range of human capital management systems and programs including in leadership development, balanced scorecards, performance management, competency models, staff retention, internal communications, annual organization and individual goal creation, organizational design, recruiting, training, as well as efforts to codify and embed culture. She also led innumerable organizational change efforts and coached a wide variety of senior executives.

Edith earned her MPA from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and her BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
