Patrick brings more than a decade of experience in leadership development, talent management, organizational design and strategy. He has worked both in-house and as an external consultant with a range of nonprofits and NGOs across the U.S., Africa and Europe.  

During his time at AchieveMission, Patrick has led engagements with some of the nation’s most dynamic nonprofits and NGOs, including Benefits Data Trust, Pillsbury United Communities, and Brilliant Corners.  Patrick coaches organizational leaders on effective management techniques and consults on talent strategy development and execution, with a particular focus on goal alignment, performance management, leadership development, rewards, and succession planning.

Prior to AchieveMission Patrick helped manage the successful execution of FIFA’s Corporate Social Responsibility project in South Africa, providing planning, financial assistance and capacity building support to seven NGOs in various African countries.  He also served as a Senior Trainer at the Posse Foundation in New York City, where he mentored and supported over sixty on-campus students during their first two years of college to ensure that they would persist and graduate. Support involved regular coaching sessions with scholars, faculty and staff.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Wesleyan University and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
